How We can Help

Managers are usually the first company level to address Employee Relations questions and concerns. However, Employee Relations is a complex HR function involving the intersection of a wide variety of laws, regulations, policies, and precedent-setting legal cases. For this reason, managers are encouraged to consult an Employee Relations Specialist with questions and concerns at the earliest stages- that's where we come in.
